I just wanted to thank you for helping us with the purchase of this house. I know emotions can run a little high at times, but we all seem to get through it in the end. I think it is important that I tell you personally that we did everything in our power to close early, but just could not get the bank to move. I considered alternative methods in my quest for a way to comply with your wishes, but those methods would either foul my exchange or cause me to go into a refinance situation. The refinance would jeopardize the loan terms, so I would not do it. Every idea I had just lead to more complications.
Anyway, thanks again for your help and I hope to meet you personally some day.
