Selling real estate in Graeagle has been a West family tradition since 1962, when Harvey West, Jr. envisioned and created a distinctive subdivision nestled among fragrant pine forests and fields of blue lupine.
In 1968, that vision expanded with the development of the Graeagle Meadows Golf Course—an 18-hole, par 72 championship course that helped shape the community’s future. Soon after came the Graeagle Meadows condominium project, followed by six thoughtfully designed subdivisions, public tennis courts, and the creation of the town center. Over more than five decades, Graeagle has evolved through careful planning and steady growth—a process that continues today.
The West family’s dedication has resulted in one of the most thoughtfully master-planned communities in the High Sierra.
