Seller Financing Option May Be Possible

Some homes may not be eligible for conventional financing through a bank. This would include manufactured homes built prior to June 15, 1976 AND manufactured homes that are NOT on a permanent foundation. Homes like these must be purchased with cash, or may offer seller financing. Seller financing allows the seller to be the ‘bank’ and earn the interest you would otherwise be paying the bank with conventional financing. Not every seller is willing to offer seller financing as an option to purchase. Check with your trusted Realtor® to find out!
